30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try MailStrike risk-free. If you’re not completely satisfied within your first 30 days, contact our support team for a full refund - no questions asked. We believe in earning your trust, not locking you in.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a full refund under our 30-day guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Request is made within 30 days of the initial subscription date
  • You are a first-time MailStrike subscriber (not a returning customer)
  • You provide a brief reason for the refund request
  • Your account has not been terminated for policy violations

How to Request a Refund

Getting a refund is simple. Follow these three steps:

Contact Support

Email billing@mailstrike.io with your account email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request.

Review

Our billing team will review your request and verify eligibility within 1–2 business days. We may contact you for additional information.

Processing

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing Timeframes

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account).

Please note that your bank or financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at billing@mailstrike.io.

Pro-Rated Refunds

For annual plan subscribers who cancel after the 30-day guarantee period, we offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription:

  • The refund amount is calculated based on the remaining full months in your annual billing cycle.
  • Partial months are not eligible for pro-rated refunds.
  • The pro-rated amount is based on the monthly equivalent of your annual plan price.

Monthly plan subscribers are not eligible for pro-rated refunds, as service continues until the end of the current billing period upon cancellation.

What’s Not Refundable

The following charges are not eligible for refunds:

  • Overage charges incurred beyond your plan limits
  • Add-on features or services purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Enterprise or custom-negotiated contracts (separate terms apply)
  • Accounts terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Domain verification or dedicated IP address fees

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact our billing team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks incur additional fees and processing time that can be avoided through direct resolution.

If a chargeback is filed, your account will be automatically suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and collection proceedings.

In most cases, we can resolve billing disputes faster and more favorably by working directly with you.
